Bio

I have enjoyed a variety of exciting positions focused on communication and strategic planning. All of these jobs have focused on managing relations and messaging between my employer and attentive audiences. In the process, my work has generated positive results and recognition.

I started out as a broadcaster reading the weather forecast. To this day, I am recognized by people as the weatherman. I have a strong ability to influence people, build strategic relationships, and establish consensus. People trust my advice and I take this very seriously; it is important to me to think strategically and anticipate situations. I analyze and measure before suggesting a course of action.

I am a frequent speaker with a diverse knowledge of social media, public relations, and outcome measurement. I have taught media relations for the past five years at the National Judicial College. I have written many articles, documents, and authored a book on strategic communications for small business owners.

I enjoy working with people, have managed many teams, and I am able to elicit trust and confidence. I led the team that was awarded the ABA's 2011 and 2012 Outstanding Law Day Activity award for Law Day Live, a bicoastal, high-tech interactive Internet forum webcast focusing on the importance of the judiciary.
